Role Overview

Maintenance Technician at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support the maintenance team in machinery operations, preventive maintenance execution, and continuous improvement of safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Assist maintenance team during machinery project execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines upon request.
• Report to the Maintenance Team Leader any difficulty or problem encountered during an operation.

Safety & Compliance

• Suggest enhancements or modifications to improve safety measures.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Participate in all applicable levels and functions of the OH&S management system, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement.

Leadership & Direction

• Follow the instructions of the Maintenance Team Leader.
