Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance Management
- Lead maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and facilities operate efficiently.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Monitor equipment condition and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance emergencies promptly.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop maintenance schedules and work plans.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to maintenance staff.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
Reporting & Communication
- Report maintenance status and issues to management.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams regarding maintenance needs.
- Document all maintenance activities and prepare reports.
