Role Purpose

Execute maintenance, repair, and testing of wireline tools and equipment to ensure equipment performance, safety, and compliance while supporting service delivery teams with asset readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair Operations

• Perform inspection, testing, cleaning, and repair of wireline tools and equipment.
• Conduct assembly/disassembly and system-level validation of downhole and surface equipment.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, fault finding, and functional testing.
• Manage incoming inspection and post-job evaluation of equipment.

Equipment Management

• Ensure equipment preservation and storage readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance history.
• Support work preparation, including spare parts planning and repair scope definition.

Quality & Compliance

• Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Follow HSE policies, maintenance procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and testing of wireline tools and equipment.
• Strong expertise in electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
• Experience in Sondex tools or similar wireline product lines highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in troubleshooting circuits, sensors, telemetry, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Expertise in SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read schematics, circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with strong coordination skills across field and operations teams.
