MAINTENANCE SENIOR TEAM LEADER

Role Overview

Maintenance Senior Team Leader at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, proper resource allocation, quality verification, and compliance with maintenance schedules and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Task Assessment & Allocation

• Receive Repair Request Forms from the Maintenance Planner and assess tasks in coordination with Production.
• Assign technicians accordingly to ensure proper task distribution.
• Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns as needed and escalate critical tasks to the Maintenance Unit Head for support.

Quality Verification & Documentation

• Verify Repair Requests and Preventive checklists upon completion to ensure jobs are properly executed.
• Pass completed Repair Request Forms and Preventive checklists to the Maintenance Planner for updating the Maintenance Log Sheet.
• Prepare reports documenting major additional tasks carried out during machine breakdowns, Preventive, or Scheduled maintenance to ensure all maintenance activities are recorded.

Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Assist the Maintenance Unit Head in setting the scheduled Maintenance Plan.
• Execute Preventive maintenance tasks according to the Preventive maintenance schedule.
• Allocate Preventive maintenance tasks among the team to ensure activities occur on time.

Resource & Spare Parts Management

• Review and pre-approve Spare Part Requisition Forms to ensure adequate spare parts consumption.

Contractor & Outsourced Work Oversight

• Follow up and inspect contracted tasks to ensure proper execution.

Calibration Management

• Carry out and allocate In-house calibration tasks among the team.
• Follow up on calibration execution to ensure activities are performed on time and according to set Calibration Work Instructions.

Workplace Standards

• Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working conditions.
