Maintenance Project Manager

Role Overview

Maintenance Project Manager at Saeed Raddad Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of landscape and irrigation construction projects.

Role Purpose

Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards and fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape and irrigation construction projects, including planning, execution, and coordination.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met within the allocated timeline and budget.
• Manage and maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments for services rendered.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect and evaluate the progress of construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of meetings, decisions, and correspondence.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in landscape or construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles and irrigation systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Additional Information

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
