Maintenance Head/ Specialist(Utilities)

Role Overview

Maintenance Head / Specialist (Utilities) for KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role ensures daily maintenance activities—corrective, preventive, and predictive—for mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical equipment are executed in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules to guarantee sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity.

Role Purpose

To guarantee that daily maintenance activities for the utilities and tanks area are carried out in compliance with safety, environment, and quality rules, assuring sector availability, reliability, and operation continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Execution and Compliance

• Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors across all disciplines.
• Stick to and conform to follow-up of all safety requirements at the job execution phase.
• Participate in the development of area strategic plans to ensure that plant day-to-day activities are executed per safety and quality standards.

Reporting and Documentation

• Report regularly in the CMMS system regarding maintenance execution.
• Prepare weekly reports and discuss findings in maintenance meetings.

Support and Coordination

• Provide required support to planning, scheduling, and other support supervisors.
• Review and enhance knowledge of personnel through job-specific training by coordinating with the Head of HR.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines.
• Minimum 12+ years' experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance.
• Fluent in writing and reading English.
• Good knowledge of SAP system.
• Fair knowledge of plant process operations.
