MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Role Overview

Maintenance Engineer at Napco National. The role is responsible for monitoring assets, analyzing condition data, and optimizing maintenance operations to minimize downtime and cost while maintaining asset efficiency.

Role Purpose

Support Napco National's maintenance operations through data analysis, asset condition monitoring, and corrective maintenance scheduling to ensure reliable equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Monitoring & Condition Analysis

• Monitor and collect raw data from various sources across the operation.
• Interpret data and evaluate results to assess asset condition and status based on real-time indicators.
• Create reports to assist decision-making across various aspects of work at Napco National.

Maintenance Planning & Optimization

• Prioritize and optimize Napco National's maintenance resources based on asset condition data.
• Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed.
• Schedule corrective maintenance to minimize asset downtime and cost while maintaining asset efficiency.

Quality Inspection & Testing

• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
• Use simple to complex lab equipment to conduct inspections and testing.
• Verify performance and adherence to standard limits and engineering or procedural standards.
• Uncover and address deviations from established standards.

Systems & Equipment Knowledge

• Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
• Demonstrate knowledge of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco National's maintenance practices.
