Role Overview

Role Purpose
Execute planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, and callout services on elevators and associated equipment while maintaining exceptional customer relationships, ensuring equipment safety and performance, and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular, proactive, precise on-site communication including callout ETA and job completion updates.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons, and end-users through application of the Ambassador attitude.
- Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, contact the on-site contact person, obtain approval if not covered by contract, and perform the repairs.
Equipment Safety & Performance
- Own accountability for equipment safety and performance at all times.
- Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor.
- Take immediate action on site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure.
- Manage the site environment during service operations.
Service Operations
- Execute service visits including planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs while respecting schedule, time limits, quality standards, time allocation, and processes.
- Ensure end-user and site safety throughout all service operations.
- Maintain safe working practices and carry out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
- Effectively plan workload in conjunction with the service supervisor.
- Raise sales leads to the supervisor.
- Submit accurate, timely back reporting of work performed at the equipment level in order to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification.
- Submit timesheets based on work execution.
- Manage proximity stock including shelving, inventory, and stock transfers; identify spare needs and request spares from supervisor.
- Keep service tooling, van, instruments, and equipment safe, maintained, and in good condition.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety through feedback to the PCM organisation and supervisor.
Supervision & Development
- Provide regular updates to supervisor on all relevant information.
- Remain familiar with all aspects of lift and associated technology and attend proposed training.
- May be required to provide training and coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or high school education in electrical or mechanical fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in elevator/lift maintenance and service.
- Saudi national (role open to Saudi nationals only to comply with current labor regulations).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication with a multinational team.
- Knowledge of lift and associated technology.
- Safe working practices and adherence to maintenance and safety instructions.
