MACHINE OPERATOR

Role Overview

Machine Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery while maintaining product quality, safety compliance, and proper documentation. Coordinate with quality and leadership teams to ensure efficient line operations and adherence to finished goods specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw material received, returned, and transferred to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.

Quality & Conformity

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.

Maintenance & Organization

• Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley, and raw material are in their dedicated place.

Communication & Problem Resolution

• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE Officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
