Role Overview
Machine Operator at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Operate production machinery, ensure product quality conformity, maintain line cleanliness, and support safe and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Product Conformity
- Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of product requirements with standard finished goods specs.
Production Operations
- Set the machine properly and perform size changes.
- Fill in the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
- Ensure proper handling of raw material received, returned, and transferred to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
Equipment & Housekeeping
- Ensure proper cleaning of the line during the shift and month close.
- Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley, and raw material are in their dedicated place.
Communication & Problem Resolution
- Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
- Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
- Participate in consultation and actions at all applicable levels and functions, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety management system.
