Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated resort scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the property will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa on a picturesque island in the Arabian Gulf.

Role Purpose

Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models that support gaming marketing and player analytics. Build automated pipelines and workflows that operationalize data science outputs for scoring, segmentation, and campaign-ready datasets while ensuring high reliability and uptime across all model operations.

Key Responsibilities

Model Deployment and Operations

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models used across gaming marketing and player analytics.
• Ensure high reliability and uptime for model workflows, including job scheduling, error detection, and alerting.
• Support model retraining cycles, testing, and controlled rollouts of updated logic.

Pipeline Development and Maintenance

• Operationalize Data Science outputs by building automated pipelines for scoring, segmentation, and campaign ready datasets.
• Build and maintain data pipelines supporting model features, input refreshes, and scheduled scoring processes.
• Work with IT and infrastructure teams on compute resources, storage, and system performance.

Quality Assurance and Monitoring

• Implement QA processes to identify data drift, model degradation, and operational anomalies.
• Maintain version control and documentation for models, pipelines, and deployment procedures.

Collaboration and Governance

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize new models, optimize runtime performance, and improve stability.
• Partner with Campaign Operations to ensure model outputs align with business logic, targeting requirements, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal data governance and security standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Ops, data engineering, or production-level machine learning environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning model lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow or similar).
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
• Able to translate analytical requirements into stable, production-ready workflows.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with daily and weekly operational deliverables.
