Role Purpose

Own the engineering backbone of the PAN world model project by building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, distributed training infrastructure, simulation environments, and integration systems that turn research ideas into reliable, scalable world models that simulate, predict, and interact with the physical world.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Infrastructure

• Build large-scale video and simulation data pipelines.
• Establish distributed training systems for diffusion transformers.

Systems Integration

• Develop and maintain game-engine simulation environments.
• Integrate world models into robotics systems.

Engineering Delivery

• Transform research ideas into reliable, scalable systems.

• Work alongside world-class researchers and engineers on problems that directly define the models shipped by the lab.
