MACHINE ASSISTANT OPERATOR

Role Overview

Machine Assistant Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support machine operators in the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment while ensuring raw materials are properly managed and workplace safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Materials Management

• Arrange all raw materials in their dedicated storage locations.
• Ensure the continuous availability of required raw materials to prevent machine stoppages.
• Position all waste trolleys and bins in the correct locations.

Machine Operations Support

• Assist the Operator in setting up the machine and executing size changes.
• Follow all instructions provided by the Operator.
• Arrange machine workers to clean or repack equipment during small stoppages.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks delivered by the HSE officer.
• Consult and participate in all applicable levels and functions of the OH&S management system, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement.
