Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

• Execute defined processes and procedures to meet established deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work outputs.
• Maintain compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
• Identify anomalies as they arise during operations.

Problem Resolution & Escalation

• Apply judgment based on established rules and procedures to resolve identified issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
