Role Purpose
Maintain the smooth operation of the Lodge complex by providing leadership to staff, maintaining lodge facilities, and delivering a level of hospitality that meets company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facilities
- Maintain lodge facilities to company standards.
Staff Leadership
- Provide leadership to staff with a strong personality and presence.
Hospitality Standards
- Deliver hospitality service levels that meet company expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
Additional Information
- Western or South African nationality is preferable.
- Male or female.
- Must be a young adult (not born before 1976).
- Well presented with appealing posture and appearance.
- Immediate start required.
- This position is considered sensitive in nature.
