Role Purpose
Develop, maintain and enforce comprehensive safety and loss prevention management systems across operations. Investigate incidents, manage risks to personnel and assets, oversee transport fleet safety, and ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations to support sustainable business development.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Management
- Develop and update a comprehensive safety management system in accordance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Promote the implementation of safety procedures in operations and ensure control measures are enforced.
- Formulate emergency response plans and measures for various operational incidents.
- Establish emergency response teams and safety committees.
- Ensure safe business operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of all on-site safety equipment and surveillance systems.
Loss Prevention & Risk Management
- Build and improve the loss-prevention management system based on business development needs.
- Use data management, investigations and audits, process improvements, and security-company management to prevent company asset losses.
- Assess operational risks and devise effective response strategies.
- Protect company personnel and tangible and intangible assets.
- Provide comprehensive support for sustainable business development.
Incident Investigation & Compliance
- Investigate all types of abnormal incidents.
- Produce investigation reports.
- Define corrective actions for identified risks and vulnerabilities.
- Verify the results of corrective measures.
- Collect and organize national and state laws and regulations on safety and loss prevention.
- Carry out corresponding work in compliance with statutory requirements.
Emergency Response & External Relations
- Maintain regular contact with fire departments and police agencies.
- Keep close cooperative relationships with external agencies.
- Possess the ability to handle emergency incidents.
- Communicate and coordinate with government agencies to handle emergency incidents.
Transport Fleet & Delivery Safety
- Be responsible for the safety management of the self-operated transport fleet and drivers.
- Establish and implement a management system for the self-operated transport fleet to reduce the incidence of transport accidents.
- Manage last-mile delivery safety to decrease accident rates and merchandise loss during final delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum five years of work experience in chain retail or e-commerce industries.
- At least three years of team-management experience.
- Background in safety management, loss prevention, risk management, inspection, or related fields.
- Veterans given priority.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese or English.

- Familiar with local basic laws, regulations, and criminal-law knowledge.
