Role Overview

Logistics Operations Specialist - Part-Time at Mrsool. This is a part-time position supporting daily logistics and delivery operations in the MENA region.

Company Overview

Mrsool is one of the largest delivery platforms in the Middle East and North Africa, offering an "order anything from anywhere" service across 100,000+ restaurants and stores. The platform uses Generative AI to analyze customer instructions in real-time and maintains a dedicated fleet of on-demand couriers. Mrsool holds the highest ratings among major delivery platforms on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Role Purpose

Support LAAS's daily operations by monitoring, coordinating, and following up on orders from assignment through final delivery or return, ensuring smooth communication between drivers, merchants, and customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Order Monitoring & Follow-up

• Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Track delayed or problematic orders and follow up until they are resolved.
• Update order statuses accurately in the system.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with drivers and merchants regarding order status, delays, and operational issues.
• Coordinate the return of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
• Follow up with drivers and operational teams through WhatsApp groups.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure orders are completed correctly.

Customer & Operational Management

• Contact customers when needed to confirm successful delivery or coordinate order returns.
• Handle order assignment and reassignment when required.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the relevant team when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
• Arabic is required.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Additional Information

• Contract Type: Part-time.
• Working Hours: 4 hours per day plus 30-minute break.
