Role Overview
Logistics and Interface Manager at JASARA PMC, based in Saudi Arabia. JASARA PMC is a joint venture of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering innovative solutions for Social Infrastructure programs aligned with Vision 2030.
Role Purpose
Oversee logistics operations and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to project sites while managing interfaces between teams and departments. Integrate logistics planning with interface management to enable smooth, efficient project execution across high-profile social infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to project sites.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency across all logistics activities.
- Monitor project timelines and address logistical challenges that impact team interfaces.
Interface Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for all interface-related communications.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders across multiple departments and teams.
- Coordinate logistics and interface activities to mitigate potential conflicts and enhance project performance.
Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistic and interface management plans aligned with project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of logistics processes and interface management strategies.
- Propose improvements to logistics and interface operations.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in logistics and interface operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics and interface management, preferably in the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple logistical and interface elements.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics principles and project management methodologies.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in logistics and project management software.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills to address logistics and interface issues effectively.
Additional Information
- Saudi National nationality preferred.
