Role Overview
Logistical Supply Analyst at Leidos, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces on a full-time basis.
Role Purpose
Manage the receipt, tracking, inspection, and distribution of incoming materials and equipment for Naval Support Centers, ensuring compliance with purchase order specifications and coordinating logistics activities with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, U.S. Navy, and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
Order and Inventory Management
- Establish and maintain open order files for Naval Support Centers' outstanding purchase materials, with primary focus on U.S. Navy and SAIC CAM incoming shipments.
- Establish and maintain open purchase order files for the Naval Support Center to track outstanding purchase materials.
- Manage all Contractor Acquired Material (CAMs), receiving them and auditing received CAMs against the bill of material or manifest.
- Track CAM materials on Excel spreadsheets and monitor the CAM lifecycle.
- Perform physical inventory and audits of materials.
Receipt and Inspection
- Perform receipt, check-in, and inspection of all incoming materials, including Material Turned-Into Store (MTIS).
- Ensure all received materials conform to purchase order or contract specifications and quantities.
- Process related procurement receipt documents.
Quality Assurance and Discrepancies
- Investigate material receipt overages, shortages, or damages and initiate necessary corrective actions and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute rejection notices, material inspection reports, Reports of Discrepancy (RODs), and invoices related to material receipts.
Logistics Coordination
- Distribute incoming shipment information, including copies of airway bills and DD 1149 incoming materials details, to the RSNF Logistics Officer for customs clearance arrangement.
- Arrange return RMA shipments for equipment repair or replacement back to the vendor.
- Work with O&M, U.S. Navy, and RSNF with timely communications.
- Respond to email communications with U.S. Navy Logistics Points of Contact regarding tracking and managing materials.
- Work closely with designated personnel on the CAM lifecycle.
- Segregate received materials for storage or direct turnover to customers as required.
Material Management
- Identify shelf-life items and ensure they are issued before the expiration date.
Reporting
- Prepare the Monthly Supply Report.
- Prepare shipment weekly status reports and distribute to respective personnel.
- Prepare monthly logistics activities reports and send to IKM and SAIC admin office.
- Provide weekly status reports by close of business on Thursdays.
- Attend 5 p.m. Engineering Synch every Wednesday.
General Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Logistics Officer related to U.S. Navy and SAIC CAM equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- English language comprehension.
- Ability to work independently.
- Responsiveness and proactive approach.
- Physical capacity to lift 50 pounds.
Additional Information
- Must be able to work onsite.
- Full-time position.
- Pay range: $45,500.00 – $82,250.00.
- Compensation is based on responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement, and other applicable law.
