Role Purpose
Coordinate and optimize logistics workflows including inventory management, transportation oversight, and documentation processes while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update records of inventory levels and shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and handle any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
Optimization & Analysis
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in budget management and cost-control measures within the logistics department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
