Role Overview
Lobby Hostess at The Plaza Doha LXR hotels & resorts, Hilton, Doha.
Role Purpose
Deliver warm welcomes and seamless lobby experiences that create memorable stays for every guest, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Assistance
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Offer directions, local recommendations, and general information to enhance the guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
Knowledge & Information
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, outlet hours, local attractions, transportation options, and event details.
Guest Services
- Assist with guest errands, including retrieval and delivery of packages, laundry, event tickets, and other items as requested.
Lobby Maintenance
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
Skills & Competencies
