Role Overview

Lifeguard Talent Pool position with Dubai Holding Entertainment. This is a talent pool registration for upcoming lifeguard vacancies across Dubai Holding Entertainment's water-based attractions.

Role Purpose

To maintain safety and prevent accidents at water-based attractions through vigilant supervision, rapid emergency response, and enforcement of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Vigilance

• Supervise guests in pools and water attractions.
• Maintain constant vigilance to prevent accidents.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe guest experience.

Emergency Response

• Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid when required.

Safety Management

• Carry out regular safety, equipment and area checks.
• Participate in emergency drills.
• Report hazards, incidents or operational issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Lifeguard certification (Ellis, RLSS or equivalent), or willingness to undergo certification.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
