Role Overview

Lifeguard at Palazzo Versace Dubai, a residential property located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To monitor swimming pool activities, ensure the safety of all residents and guests, and maintain a secure aquatic environment through vigilant supervision, emergency response, and rigorous safety enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Safety Monitoring

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all residents and guests
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment

Emergency Response

• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required

Facility & Equipment Management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas
• Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is always in proper working condition
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly

Guest & Resident Services

• Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Support management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required
