Role Purpose
As a Lifeguard, you ensure the safety of pool guests by monitoring activity, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. You also spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
Safety & Supervision
- Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and promote safe swimming practices.
Emergency Response
- Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan.
- Provide rescue or first aid when necessary.
Facility Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area.
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
