Role Purpose
Oversee the safety and well-being of guests at the pool and beach areas, enforce all safety regulations, respond quickly and effectively to aquatic emergencies, and maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas to uphold high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Emergency Response
- Oversee the safety and well-being of guests at the pool and beach areas.
- Enforce all safety regulations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all aquatic emergencies.
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas to uphold high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Current lifeguard certification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of CPR and first aid.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong swimming skills and ability to swim long distances if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
