Role Purpose

As a Wellness Enthusiast and Lifeguard, you infuse the Recreation Team with heightened dedication, a goal-focused approach, and genuine zeal for enhancing guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality setting. You support members and guests in their ambitions to run longer, try harder and aim higher to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Emergency Response

• Administer first aid, CPR, or other emergency care as needed.
• Supervise swimmers and patrons to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.

Facility Management

• Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool.
• Conduct routine checks of safety equipment and pool areas.

Guest Experience

• Support your department and consistently deliver memorable experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and infuse the team with a heightened sense of dedication.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Current Lifeguard Certification.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
