Role Purpose
Ensure the safety and well-being of members and guests around the swimming pool and recreational areas through constant vigilance, rapid emergency response, and maintenance of a safe, welcoming pool environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Monitoring & Prevention
- Monitor the pool and surrounding areas at all times.
- Ensure members and guests follow pool safety rules.
- Check pool facilities and equipment regularly for safety.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment.
Emergency Response
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required.
- Perform water rescues safely and efficiently.
Reporting & Compliance
- Report any accidents, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Guest Services
- Assist members and guests with general pool-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Lifeguard certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong swimming and water rescue skills.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Calm and confident in emergency situations.
- Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude.
