Role Overview
Lifeguard position at Hilton Hotels.
Role Purpose
Ensure the safety of pool guests while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Monitor swimming activities, enforce pool rules, maintain a clean and safe pool environment, and respond to emergencies with quick and effective action.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
Safety and Emergency Response
- Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and promote safe swimming practices.
- Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan.
- Provide rescue or first aid when necessary.
Facility Maintenance and Compliance
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
