Role Overview
Lifeguard position at Hyatt in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Maintain the safety and wellbeing of guests using hotel aquatic facilities by providing vigilant supervision and rapid emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Safety & Supervision
- Monitor all guests in and around the pool area at all times.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
- Prevent unsafe behavior and intervene when necessary.
Emergency Response
- Respond immediately to any aquatic emergency or guest distress.
- Administer first aid and CPR when required.
- Coordinate with hotel medical and security teams during incidents.
Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of pool decks and surrounding areas.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
- Keep lifeguard equipment and rescue tools in proper working order.
Qualifications & Experience
- Current lifeguard certification or equivalent recognized qualification.
- First aid and CPR certification required.
- Previous lifeguard or water safety experience preferred.
