Role Purpose
To launch and establish Stranger Soccer in Riyadh by building a local operation, recruiting and managing staff, securing venues, driving player acquisition, and delivering outstanding game experiences while working closely with Singapore headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Riyadh.
- Take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
Operations & Venue Management
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
Marketing & Community Development
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and execute locally.
