License Owner & Operator for Stranger Soccer in Bahrain. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to launch and operate the Stranger Soccer platform in Bahrain, not a salaried management role.

Stranger Soccer is a global platform founded in Singapore that makes playing football as easy and convenient as going for a jog or visiting the gym. The app lets players discover nearby games, book a spot, and simply turn up to play. Stranger Soccer now operates across 10+ cities and has delivered over 100,000 games worldwide.

Role Purpose

To launch, build, and grow the Stranger Soccer brand and operations in Bahrain while making football more accessible in the local community. You will operate independently with support from Stranger Soccer HQ's established operations and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Growth

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Bahrain
• Establish a strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
• Build the operation into a sustainable and growing business

Team & Operations

• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts
• Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities

Marketing & Customer Growth

• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong connections within the local football community
