Role Purpose

To launch, build, and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah by establishing local infrastructure, acquiring players, delivering outstanding game experiences, and scaling the brand locally while working in partnership with Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Growth

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Jeddah.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
• Build and take ownership of the Stranger Soccer brand locally.

Operations & Venue Management

• Secure suitable football venues.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.

Team Management

• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.

Partnership & Support

• Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
• Involvement in the local football community.
• Proven ability to take ownership and grow a business locally.

Skills & Competencies

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
• Strong drive, resilience, and results-oriented attitude.
