Launch and establish Stranger Soccer as a thriving local operation in Doha by building infrastructure, acquiring players, managing operations, and growing the brand within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Launch & Growth

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha
• Take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally

Operations & Venues

• Secure suitable football venues
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience

Team & Staffing

• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Passion for football and involvement in the local football community
• Experience in management, operations, or customer service
