Through the Stranger Soccer app, players discover games, book spots, and turn up to play. The company is expanding across cities worldwide, delivering thousands of games and building a growing international community.
Role Purpose
To launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha by building a local operation, securing venues, acquiring players, and delivering an outstanding player experience while working closely with the Singapore headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Doha
- Grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
- Build and operate a local football operation
Team & Operations
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
- Oversee game operations
- Deliver an outstanding player experience
Venue & Logistics
- Secure suitable football venues
Marketing & Community
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service
