Role Purpose
To launch, build, and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha by establishing local operations, recruiting and managing staff, securing venues, driving community acquisition, and delivering an outstanding player experience while working closely with the Singapore headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Doha.
- Build and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Take ownership of local business growth.
Operations & Venue Management
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Oversee game operations.
Marketing & Community Acquisition
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
Player Experience
- Deliver an outstanding player experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
