To launch, establish, and grow Stranger Soccer's local operations in Bahrain by building a sustainable business, acquiring players, securing venues, and delivering an exceptional player experience while representing the brand in the local football community.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Business Development
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Bahrain
- Build and establish the local Stranger Soccer brand
- Take ownership of brand growth at the local level
Operations & Venue Management
- Secure suitable football venues for operations
- Oversee game operations and ensure smooth execution
- Deliver an outstanding player experience
Team & Staff Management
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Drive marketing initiatives to grow the player community
- Execute customer acquisition strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Involvement and passion for football in the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service
Skills & Competencies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
