Role Overview
Legal Advisor at Saeed Raddad Group. The Legal Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic legal guidance that supports sound decision-making while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Role Purpose
Provide strategic legal counsel across the organization to ensure full regulatory compliance, and draft, review, and negotiate contracts that protect the company's legal and commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities
Contract and Agreement Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and legal documents to safeguard the organization's legal and commercial position.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
- Support regulatory matters and maintain compliance with evolving legal requirements.
Legal Solutions and Advisory
- Deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions that enable operations while managing risk.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Master's degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, where applicable.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with contract management or legal technology platforms is an advantage.
