Role Purpose

The Learning & Development Specialist will drive the delivery of strategic training solutions across retail stores and regional offices, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business priorities while supporting employee development and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Training Planning & Strategy

• Develop and execute annual and monthly learning plans that translate business needs into training initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and regional priorities.

Program Coordination & Deployment

• Coordinate the planning, communication, and deployment of learning activities across store locations within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with store management, HR business partners, facilitators, and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful training solutions.
• Work effectively across different organizational levels.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
• Support behavioral and skills development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in learning and development, training coordination, or related HR functions within a retail or multi-location environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of training delivery methods and learning best practices.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness.
