Role Overview

Learning & Development / Training Specialists – Multiple Opportunities with Burjline Builders, based in Doha, Qatar.

Role Purpose

Support a major organisation in Qatar by delivering learning and development services across training analysis, soft skills development, and technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Training Analysis & Design

• Conduct training needs analysis and learning needs assessment.
• Design training programmes based on identified organisational requirements.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver soft skills and professional development training.
• Deliver technical and electrical training (for relevant roles).

Training Evaluation & Reporting

• Evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
• Produce training reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of relevant training and L&D experience.
• Experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
• For Electrical Training roles: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Previous KAHRAMAA experience (preferred).
• Qatar or GCC experience (preferred).
• Government, utilities or large regulated organisation experience (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Arabic and English language capability (preferred).
• ERP / HRIS / LMS exposure (preferred).
• ISO, Risk Management or compliance knowledge (preferred).
• Technical training delivery experience (for Electrical Training roles).
