Role Purpose
Drive continuous operational improvement across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation operations by mapping workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, leading Lean initiatives, and establishing sustainable best practices supported by data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence & Analysis
- Map current-state operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Leverage data analysis and on-site observations to identify cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
Lean Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation using standard Lean methodologies.
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the direct financial and operational impact of improvement projects.
Standardization & Documentation
- Architect and maintain comprehensive process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational policies to sustain improvement outcomes.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change management and new process plans.
Innovation & Strategic Development
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies and innovative operational solutions to elevate logistics capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement preferred.
- Good understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies to resolve operational issues.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
