Role Purpose

The programme provides recent graduates with exposure to real-time strategic projects across diverse business units within the Dubai Holding portfolio. Through mentorship by industry experts, specialised training and real-world projects, participants gain invaluable skills and insights to set the foundation for a successful and impactful career.

Key Responsibilities

Project Work

• Work on specialised assignments across Dubai Holding's key sectors and business units.
• Contribute to impactful projects aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Engage in community service and networking opportunities within the group.

Learning and Development

• Participate in structured learning and development, including technical and soft skills training.
• Receive regular feedback, coaching and career guidance.
• Build networks with peers and senior executives across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above or equivalent.
• Completion or exemption of UAE National Service, if applicable.
• Previous internship or training experience preferred.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.

Skills & Competencies

• Communicate effectively and proficiently in English.
