Role Overview
Leader, Sales - Commercial Sector – KSA at Cisco, located in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This is an internal opportunity available to internal candidates up to grade 12. The final grade offer will be determined based on an objective assessment of individual performance and interview outcomes.

Role Purpose
Lead direct account and architecture teams to drive sustained, multi-year sales growth across KSA commercial markets, specifically in the private healthcare sector, while aligning field, partner, and virtual team efforts with global corporate leadership guidance and managing executive-level customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Growth
- Serve as Regional Sales Manager leading direct account and architecture teams to drive sustained, multi-year sales growth across KSA commercial markets and specifically in the private healthcare sector.
- Direct resource utilization and strategic commercial priorities to align field, partner, and virtual team efforts with global corporate leadership guidance.
- Manage executive-level relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and CFOs to understand their business roadmaps and align Cisco solutions to drive sustainable cross-portfolio growth.
Planning & Analysis
- Review forecasts and sales data to optimize commercial sales tactics and provide data-driven insights that influence regional sales planning.
- Coordinate joint planning sessions between partners and field teams to streamline execution and enhance market penetration across complex customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior formal supervisory or people management experience within a professional setting.
- Established background in technology sales and leadership.
- Documented experience managing and closing complex commercial accounts with consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrated experience managing significant annual budgets for technology products or service offerings.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of KSA commercial market dynamics, regulatory environments, and local customer buying behaviors.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to facilitate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving services, software, and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent commercial relationship management skills, including the ability to consultatively challenge customers to innovate their business models.
- Market intelligence expertise with a focus on translating business climate insights into actionable competitive strategies.

- Nature of Work: Hybrid Full Time
- Hours of Work: 48 hours per week
