Lead/Principal Business Consultant at SimCorp, based in Riyadh only.

Role Purpose
You will join the EMEA Consulting Services team to support clients across key investment operations and front-office domains, helping them optimize their operating model and make the best use of SimCorp Dimension® across their investment management setup. This is a hands-on role requiring participation in the three-week SimCorp Dimension® Academy during induction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Implementation
- Lead major parts of SimCorp Dimension® consulting and implementation projects across investment operations and front-office domains.
- Understand clients' requirements and processes and outline solutions for optimal use of SimCorp Dimension®.
- Take responsibility for a range of tasks within project teams.
- Work in close cooperation with the project manager and play a key role in leading projects to success.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as the key contact for customers for all questions related to SimCorp Dimension®.
- Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to customers in your role as a trusted advisor.
Knowledge Development & Mentoring
- Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job.
- Actively participate in knowledge exchange with colleagues on an international level.
- Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects.
- Prepare requirement specifications for enhancements to our product management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or similar qualification.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers, or consulting firms, with exposure to ABOR, Alts Investment, Front Office, or related investment management domains.
- Strong knowledge of investment management workflows and financial instruments, ideally across accounting, alternatives investment, front-office processes, or related domains within banking, asset management, and/or insurance environments.
- SimCorp Dimension® experience or familiarity with implementing financial software is preferred.
