Role Overview

Lead - Operational Risk Management at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Role Purpose

Design, establish, and oversee a robust risk management framework for Qiddiya's projects. Implement strategies and tools to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks while ensuring ongoing monitoring and mitigation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Framework & Strategy

• Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya's projects.
• Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools.
• Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in risk management.
• At least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environment.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structures.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus.
