Role Purpose

Develop, implement, and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy across construction projects. Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, international standards, and company HSE policies while driving a strong culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Programs and Site Management

• Lead and manage HSE programs, policies, and site teams across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company safety requirements.

Risk Assessment and Auditing

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.

Training and Awareness

• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

Incident Management

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare HSE performance reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and authorities to maintain safe site operations.

Sustainability and Continuous Improvement

• Promote sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in HSE practices.
