Role Overview

Lead - Designer position at Landmark Group, located in Dubai at Landmark Group Tower.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Strategy

• Lead the design vision and strategy for assigned product lines and categories.
• Establish design standards and guidelines across product portfolios.
• Partner with product management to align design outcomes with business objectives.

Design Execution

• Own the complete design process from concept through production.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes.
• Refine designs based on feedback and market requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and supply chain.
• Present design proposals and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between design team and manufacturing partners.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior designers and design assistants.
• Establish best practices and workflow processes within the design team.
• Support professional development of team members.

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor design quality and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in consumer products, fashion, or retail.
• Proven experience leading design projects and teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability across multiple categories.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability.
• Project management capabilities.
