Role Overview

Lead Commissioning Engineer – Mechanical System for WHT's Subsea Cable & Piping with KBR. The position is based initially in Abu Dhabi, in either the client office or contractor's office, with subsequent rotation to the fabrication yard and offshore site on a 6-week/3-week rotation basis as per client requirement. This role supports an Offshore Well Head Tower/Platform Project.

Role Purpose

Lead the commissioning of mechanical systems for subsea cable and piping on an offshore well head tower platform project, ensuring safe and effective system startup and validation from fabrication through offshore deployment.

Commissioning & Startup

• Lead commissioning activities for mechanical systems including subsea cable and piping.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 20+ years of overall experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5+ years of previous experience with ADNOC Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position on mega oil and gas FEED/EPC projects valued at more than USD 1 billion.
• Experience working on Well Head Tower and subsea cable and piping within Brownfield Modification projects is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

• Work location rotates between Abu Dhabi office, fabrication yard, and offshore site.
• 6-week/3-week rotation schedule applies for offshore and fabrication yard assignments.
