Role Overview

Lead Aesthetician – Spa Operations at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027, located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater, a beach club, multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

Lead and deliver advanced aesthetic treatments while supervising the aesthetics team to maintain Forbes Five Star service standards and drive both service quality and retail performance across spa operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Treatments

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, skin therapies, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Ensure personalized, professional, and result-driven guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of skincare products and recommend appropriate homecare regimens.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques, products, and guest service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of aesthetic staff.
• Train and inspire team members in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Operations & Compliance

• Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed.

Sales & Performance

• Drive retail sales through product recommendations and team coaching.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement service promotions and packages.
• Track and report on service and retail performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Aesthetician with advanced certifications in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
