Role Purpose

Direct all aspects of laundry operations to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Oversee facility and equipment efficiency, maintain quality and inventory standards, cultivate a high-performing team, and support hotel operations through reliable linen and uniform management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems Management

• Lead all aspects of laundry operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Maintain laundry facilities and equipment at peak performance while adhering to regulations and safety standards.

Quality & Inventory Control

• Monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports.
• Facilitate timely reordering, rewashing, and repairs based on quality assessments.

Team Leadership

• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Supplier & Partner Management

• Coordinate with laundry suppliers, chemical providers, uniform vendors, and other external partners.
• Ensure agreed service levels, quality standards, and cost controls are maintained.

Special Operations Support

• Coordinate linen and uniform requirements for VIP stays, events, high-occupancy periods, new outlet openings, and other operational needs.
