Role Overview

Role Purpose
Manage hotel laundry operations to ensure linens and uniforms are processed according to established cycles and proper textile care procedures, maintaining equipment safety and a clean, organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Laundry Operations
- Manage laundry operations for linens and uniforms, adhering to established cycles and proper textile care procedures.
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines as agreed with Management.
Safety & Equipment Management
- Handle chemicals and equipment safely, following health and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper care and maintenance of machinery.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to superiors.
Workplace Organization & Reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and reports.
- Report linen damage to superiors.
Inventory & Lost and Found
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
- Participate in monthly inventories.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- 1–3 years' experience in 4–5-star hotel.
